Design of Air Circuit System
Kinetic screw compressor air path adopts Italian Comosheng card sleeve joint, double protection design, strong sealing, and long service life.
Controller
The control system of Kinetic screw air compressor adopts LCD microcomputers which supports multi – computer control and remote control, and realizes unattended operation.
Efficient Cooling System
The cooler adopts the latest heat dissipation technology of advection heat exchange design. The cooler is made of imported AISI304 material, Its design life is longer than 100,000 hours. It has been tested by high pressure leak detection before leaving the factory. The quality is stable and reliable. It enlarges the heat exchange area by 30%. The cooling effect is good and the high temperature shutdown phenomenon is eliminated. All air-cooled coolers make full use of the gravity of the fluid. Oil coolers will not appear air passage phenomenon, maximizing the efficiency of the cooler, and the cooling effect is better.

Adopt the top international level of original third generation asymmetric double screw air end, axial air-inlet d efficiency of 5% to 15 in comparison with second generation. Reliable/ Durable SKF Bearing and ganged shaftseal. The design life of bearing up to 80000 hours – 100000 hours. The design life of air end reaches around 20000 hours.
